Egalite are a multi award winning family based domiciliary care and supported living agency who are rated by CQC as Outstanding.

Current Vacancies

Care Coordinator

Our Care coordinator is at the heart of what we do. Supporting the Service Manager, you will work as part of a team to rota staff and ensure our clients needs are met on a daily basis, to enable them to have the best quality of life in their own home and as part of the local community. While the role is predominately office based you will receive full training and go out to the community and support our clients. This gives a great insight into the work you do while in the office and adds to the rewarding aspect of helping our clients live their lives to the fullest.

This blended role is a rare opportunity to work as part of a great team offering administrative support as well as getting out and about supporting the local community. You will also be part of the on-call team. 

Experience in a care coordinating role would be great but we would consider those new to the role if they have the values to support Egalite:

This is a full time role, working in our Findon office, working times will be 08:30 to 17:00 Monday to Friday.

Support Worker

The past year has been a challenging year for us all but throughout the year our support team has continued to be there for our clients. However, there are more people asking for our support. Could you help to make a difference to someone’s life?

The ideal candidate will be familiar with the demands and rewards of supporting people and will preferably have experience of working in their community caring for others with a wide range of needs.

Maybe it is time for a change of career? Have you transferable knowledge and skills, if you are a caring person, willing to learn and demonstrating a genuine interest in developing your own skills in this field of care, then we want to hear from you.

A full Driving Licence is required and access to a vehicle for use at work would be preferable but not essential as we have company pool cars.

Advanced Healthcare Worker

We are also recruiting for experienced health and care workers who are willing to work flexible hours (mornings, evenings and weekends).  You will have at least 3 years experience in the health and social care sector and be able to coach and support colleagues.  You will also have an understanding and a keen interest in supporting people with a wide range of complex health or behavioural needs and a a willingness to progress and develop your knowledge.

Do we offer our services in your own home?
We can support you in your own home or in the community if you want help getting out and about. Support is for a minimum of 1 hour up to 24 hours a day.
Do you offer accomodation for young people ?
We don't have any residential care homes but we do provide supported living services.
How much help do I need. What will it cost?
Before providing any support we will come out and visit you to assess how we can help and agree a plan with you.
Will I have a stranger turn up to support me?
No, we will always ensure that the person visiting you is someone who has been introduced to you and had an 'induction' so they know what support you need.
Do you offer respite care?
We can offer a wide range of care and support including short term live in care to enable your main carer to have a break.
